2025 Summer Session II Housing Arrival

It's almost time for Summer Session II Arrival!

Penn State is excited to welcome you to campus for summer session.

Summer Session II Arrival is scheduled for 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sunday, June 29, 2025. Early Arrival is also available on Saturday, June 28.

There is a lot of information to review, so here are a few key points to help you get ready.

Arrival Tips:

  • Summer room assignments will post in eLiving at noon, Monday, June 9

  • Once your room assignment is available, Schedule Move-In in eLiving (you need to Schedule Move-In to use the self-check-in feature)

  • Saturday, June 28 is available as an early arrival option for only $40 and is a great way to avoid traffic congestion.

  • Consider moving in at a different time than your roommate, so that you both have space within the room to unpack

  • Your Scheduled Move-In time is when you should arrive at your designated residence hall Unloading Zone

  • You can only have ONE vehicle in the Unloading Zone for 30 minutes. Additional vehicles or second trips into the Unloading Zone are not permitted during peak Arrival times

  • RVs, box trucks, trailers, large vehicles, and U-Hauls are not permitted in the Unloading Zone.

  • You will need to check in for New Student Orientation in 122 Findlay Commons. Activities begin Sunday evening.
