Sorority chapters who meet eligibility requirements are provided a private suite, featuring a living room and kitchenette exclusively for chapter members. Chapters who do not qualify for a dedicated suite will have access to a shared suite on the floor. Additionally, a large meeting room is available on the first floor, offering a versatile space for chapter events, meetings, and gatherings.

Step 2: Housing Decision
Students interested in sorority housing should consider their housing plans to determine the best course of action:

If you plan to live on campus next academic year - whether or not you're placed in sorority housing - you should participate in the LiveOn Housing Process for current students:
-
Request Housing during the established timeframe
-
In November, if you receive an invitation, select a housing option and accept the Housing and Food Service (HFS) Contract
If you are later invited to live in the sorority housing after recruitment ends and have already accepted a HFS Contract, your HFS Contract will be converted to the sorority housing and a room assignment will be processed. No further action is needed.
Option 2: Only Interested in Sorority Housing
If you only want to live on campus if placed in sorority housing, do NOT participate in the LiveOn Housing Process.
Instead:
-
Wait until after recruitment ends to make a housing decision.
-
If you're invited to live in sorority housing, you'll receive an HFS Contract offer on the indicated date.
-
You must accept the HFS Contract offer before the deadline to complete date.

-
Priority consideration for housing offers will be given to students who were eligible to Request Housing during the LiveOn Housing Process.
-
Adding your name to the Waitlist is a great way to be considered for housing, but offers are not guaranteed.
Step 3: Accept the HFS Contract

-
Review and indicate housing preferences, which can be updated until May 1
-
Review the HFS Contract agreement and Terms, Conditions, and Regulations (TCRs).
-
If the student logs out before accepting, the HFS Contract Offer remains available in the Shopping Cart until the deadline
-

Complete the multi-step acceptance process:
-
Check the boxes to confirm agreement with the HFS Contract and Terms, Conditions, and Regulations (TCRs)
-
Type name to electronically sign the HFS Contract.
-
Click the ‘Accept Contract’ button
>>> once this action is completed, the student has officially accepted the HFS Contract and is legally bound to that HFS Contract for the academic year. The student cannot cancel the HFS Contract after acceptance.
-
