Contract Terms, Conditions and Regulations
The Housing and Food Service (HFS) Contract is a legally-binding contract, obligating the student to on-campus living once it is accepted.
The student's HFS Contract is managed through the eLiving system. The student will go through a multi-step process to accept the HFS Contract: indicate housing preferences on several screens; acknowledge agreement to the HFS Contract; acknowledge agreement to the TCRs; types in student's name; and then click the "Accept Contract" button. The TCRs are updated for each academic year.
