Tener Hall
Tener Hall was built in 1966 and renovated in 2019. Tener is located in "The Towers" quad in the northwestern corner of East Halls. The Towers have been renovated to provide students modern amenities and conveniences including air conditioning. Unlike traditional residence halls, these buildings offer students private, single-user bathrooms in the hallway area that are shared by the floor. Similar to a home, each bathroom is privately used by one individual. Additional sinks are located near the bathrooms to provide quick, easy use. The ground floor and basement features lounges, kitchen, laundry room, study space, knowledge station, and a music practic room. Buildings are co-ed by room (each room is a single-gender, but may be next to a room of opposite gender). Tener is located in close proximity to the IM Building, Pegula Ice Arena, and the Arboretum.
Tener Hall was named after John Tener, the 25th Governor of Pennsylvania (1911-1915).

Students interested in hanging decorations in this hall should use this recommended material: thumbtacks (less than 20). Other material (wall-safe tape, poster putty, etc.) is NOT recommended due to the potential damage to the walls. NO furniture modifications; nothing screwed or nailed into furniture. NO LED tape lights.
