Nelson Hall, part of the Eastview Terrace complex, was built in 2004.  Each student has a single room with a private bath, and each floor is clustered into houses made up of 8 to 22 student rooms. A study/social space and laundry facility are located in each house.  Brill Hall, located off McKean Road, offers a meeting room, conference room, vending, and kitchen open to all residents of Eastview Terrace.

Nelson Hall is named after G. Kenneth Nelson. Nelson was a Professor and Department Head of Accounting known for pioneering the use of television as a teaching tool. Nelson received the Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Advising and served over 40 years as the Acacia Chapter Advisor.
