Miller Hall, part of the Eastview Terrace complex, was built in 2004.  Each student has a single room with a private bath, and each floor is clustered into houses made up of 8 to 22 student rooms. A study/social space and laundry facility is located in each house.  Brill Hall, located off McKean Road, offers a meeting room, conference room, vending, and kitchen open to all residents of Eastview Terrace.

Miller Hall is named after E. Willard Miller (1915-2002). Miller created the Department of Geography at Penn State, was  professor, science writer, bibliographer, and helped found the American Society of Professional Geographers. Miller was the recipient of the Ray Hughes Whitbeck Award, and received awards from the PA Dept. of Commerce (1975), PA Governor's Office (1975), PA Academy of Science (1985), and from the Association of American Geographers (1989).
