Hibbs Hall was built in 1957 and renovated in 2014 to provide students with modern amenities and conveniences, including air conditioning. Unlike traditional residence halls, these buildings offer students private, single-user bathrooms in the hallway area that are shared by the floor. Similar to a home, each bathroom is privately used by one individual. Additional sinks are located near the bathrooms to provide quick, easy use. Each floor features a suite that includes a kitchen. Buildings can be co-ed by room (each room is a single-gender, but may be next to a room of opposite gender). Hibbs is located in close proximity to downtown, the White Building, and the HUB.
