PURE

PURE is a dining station on the second floor of Findlay Commons in the East Food District. PURE is free of the top nine food allergens: dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (excluding coconut), fish, shellfish, soy, wheat/gluten, and sesame. Some dishes may be made with coconut cream, coconut aminos or coconut milk. These dishes will be labeled with our coconut symbol. This station boasts a completely separate kitchen for preparation and cooking, designated utensils, cookware, equipment and dishwashing capabilities. This space is staffed by AllerTrain certified staff members for food allergen safety.
