PURE

Adjusted hours for Spring Break, March 7 through March 16. All normal hours resume on Monday, March 17.

PURE is a dining station on the 2nd floor of Findlay Commons in the East Food District. PURE is certified kosher and is also free of the top 9 food allergens: dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (excluding coconut), fish, shellfish, soy, wheat/gluten, and sesame. Some dishes may be made with coconut cream, coconut aminos or coconut milk.  These dishes will be labeled with our coconut symbol. This station boasts a completely separate kitchen for preparation and cooking, designated utensils, cookware, equipment and dishwashing capabilities. This space is staffed by AllerTrain certified staff members and is supervised by our mashgiach for kosher compliance and food allergen safety.
