Penn State Behrend’s Steven Miller Honored with CASP Recognition

Penn State Behrend Housing & Food Services associate director Steven Miller was recently honored as a Certified Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP) by the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS).

CASP is a benchmark, four-year certification that measures the competencies needed for college and university executives who oversee multiple auxiliary services. Miller is now one of only two CASP-certified managers at Penn State, along with Jonathan Kukta, a senior director in Finance & Business.

Miller began working at Penn State Behrend in 2010 as a Housing and Food Services manager and has been in his current role since 2015. Earlier this month, Miller was appointed to the NACAS East Region Board of Directors as the Communication Services Representative to the NACAS National Committee
