Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with us! For lunch, we will be serving made-to-order Beef Barbacoa & Chicken Tinga Sopes, Mushroom Barbacoa Sopes, Sofrito Rice, and Black Beans. Save room for a Mexican Wedding Cookie (or two!).

Join us this evening for a shrimp-ressive spread of seafood dishes. Check out our Chicken, Seafood, and Chorizo Paella and make sure to try the Linguine Con Le Vogole with Clams. Don't forget to grab a Zucchini Cake!  

Missing your local street food? Join us for lunch at Dobbins Dining Hall and enjoy some of your favorites! We will be offering New Jersey Style Pork, Egg, and Cheese Pretzel Rolls as well as a Chicago Style Kielbasa Sandwich. If those aren't your style, try our Pollo Asado Fries, Philly Style Tomato Pie, or Chicken Spiedie. Don't miss these regional staples!

You know what time it is! Come celebrate Oktoberfest with some good eats. Snag some Mac and Cheese Style Spaetzle (Kasespatzle), Chicken Schnitzel, Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese and Honey Mustard, Braised Red Cabbage, and German Redskin Potato Salad. If that isn't enough for you, be sure to have some Apple Strudel for dessert. Prost!

Take an an affogato-ble trip to the coffee shop this week and try our Affogato and Italian Ricotta Cookies. Don't bean around the bush- this is only available the week of October 13. 

Celebrate your love for the Flagship City and join us for lunch! Our main courses will be Ox Roast Sandwiches, Beer Battered Perch, Beaver Tail, and Smith Hot Dogs. For sides, choose from Pizza Logs, Pepperoni Balls, Zucchini and Yellow Squash, Oven Roasted Potato Wedges, and Chili Sauce. 

Join us for some of Chef Don's favorites! For lunch, we will be serving Lobster Etouffee and Sofrito Rice. 

Celebrate Diwali with us! We are serving Samosas, Chicken Madras Curry, Butter Chick Pea Curry, Vegetable Biryani Basmati Rice, and Manchurian Fried Cauliflower for lunch.

Join us for a dinner fit for an Ogre. We will be serving Creole Chicken "Rat" Kabobs, Onion Rings, Pigs in a Blanket, Peas and Spinach Mushroom Turnovers, alongside Swamp Punch and Dirt Cups. 

This Halloween, join us at Dobbins Dining Hall for our Halloween in Salem menu. We will be serving Cream of Asparagus Soup, White Clam and Bacon Pizza, Porchetta, Hominy and Corn Cheese Casserole, Boston Baked Beans, and Boston Cream Pie. Witch will you choose? 

Are you ready for the Nittany Lions to go against the Oregon Ducks? We are! For our tailgate dinner, we will be serving Crispy Fried Duck Leg with Cantonese BBQ sauce, Bang Bang Noodles, Korean Duck Tacos, Chicken Corn Dogs, and Loaded Tater Tots. For this lunch, Chef James will be offering Burrata Pizza Sandwiches. We hope to see you there!

We will be serving Venison Five Pepper Chili, Pretzel Crusted Walleye, Oyster Mushroom Pot Pie, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Sautéed Fresh Greens with Peaches and Turkey Bacon alongside Apple Fritters for dinner. Get a taste of the mountains- mark your calendar! 

During lunch hours, we will be serving Temaki Style Spicy Tuna Rolls alongside Takoyaki. 

Skip the airport and get a taste of Japan right on campus. With Miso Soup, Fried Shishito Peppers with Yum Yum Sauce, Spicy Tuna and Fried Shrimp Rolls, you won't want to miss this lunch. 

Happy Holidays! For our Holiday Dinner we will be serving Lobster Bisque, Individual Beef Wellingtons with Red Wine Reduction, Herbed Cheese Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Pumpkin Pie Squares.
