Harmony Hall Upgrades

Housing and Food Services is excited to announce the impending completion of a 4.8 million dollar renovation to Harmony Hall at Penn State Beaver. The main focus of the renovation is converting six community bathrooms and additional hallway space into eight bathroom suites, each with four private, single-user gender-neutral bathrooms. Each single-user bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower; additional sink and mirror space has been added outside the bathrooms. A small number of bedrooms and storage rooms were removed to make way for the additional bathroom space needed for the project. Plumbing, electrical, and air handling improvements were also included in the scope of the project; an additional project to update the contactless card readers to work with mobile credentials has also been completed. With these upgrades, the 2023-2024 semester cost for a double room in Harmony Hall is expected to be $3770.
