University housing OPENS for spring 2026 on Sunday, January 11 at 11:00 a.m.

Come down to Brodhead Bistro for lunch and celebrate Hot and Spicy Foods Day with us! Enjoy sandwiches such as Mushroom Quesabirra or Roast Turkey and Brie with Strawberry Habenero Jam alongside Jalapeno Braised Chicken, Chipotle & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, and Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts. Be sure to grab a mug of Spiced Peruvian Hot Chocolate!

During dinner hours build a made-to-order Ramen Bowl. We will also be offering Tempura Broccoli, Chicken Karaage Bento Boxes, and Orange Teriyaki Salmon Bento Boxes. 

Kick off the Super Bowl with us during lunch time at Brodhead! Enjoy a bowl of Cincinnati Chili with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Duck Poutine, Irish Fried Potato Pierogies, Meatballs and Garlic Bread on a Stick, or a Crab Dip Stuffed Pretzel Stick.

You won't have mush-room after enjoying this dinner! In honor of National Nutrition Month, we will be serving Mushroom Barbacoa Pizza, Shiitake Mushroom and Root Vegetable Stew, Crispy Shiitake Mushroom Sandwiches, and General Tso's Pierogies & Shiitake Mushrooms. 

Today during lunch hours only, our nutritious dessert spread will include Chocolate Chia Seed Shooters, Black Bean Brownies, and Raspberry Oat Bars.

Homesick? Our dinner menu tonight includes a variety of street foods from around the world such as Hurricane Fries, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Crispy Potato and Cheese Korean Corn Dogs, Choripán, and Mexican Street Corn.
